So far, I read Seth Godin’s Blog, Shrinking Violet Promotions, and Self-Promotion for Introverts. Are there any other resources for introverts who want to make their businesses more successful?
Seriously?
You need to un-introvert yourself and/or hire people who are excellent at that sort of thing.
Most entrepreneur efforts fail when the principles try to do things for which they have no talent, experience or expertise; or when the start up becomes a business that demands a far greater level of general management ability than the entrepreneur has.
(1) You are on the right track, but doing counts for vastly more than reading. You might try something like Toastmasters or Dale Carnegie. The E-Myth (series) by Michael E. Gerber also might be worth a serious study.
(2) I say "un-introvert" only partly in jest. I have a strongly introverted brain, but I ain’t shy or a shrinking violet. My career demanded a much more in-your-face leadership style for success — do it or die. I did it, so can you. Shy & introverted are not the same thing and they do have to "go together" unless you chose to stay that way.
(If you never read Please Know Me II: Temperament, Character, Intelligence by David Keirsey you might want to scan that as well)
