First off, this WSO really is about making a complete Android app in 30 seconds – even if you have never seen a line of code, and never want to!
I am a fan of TribalWars (an online game), and I like to play it on my Android phone. I play it online using my computer normally but because of the nature of the game I kept needing to login while I was out (checking for attacks lol). Each time I would type the address into my phone with its impossibly small keyboard I would become more irritated.
I made a shortcut in the browser to that website, but I still had to start the browser, hunt for the shortcut and then finally get to the game. All while struggling against the phone’s determination to not respond to my fingers!
I wanted to copy the shortcut to the main screen but it wasn’t possible. I also wanted to share that shortcut with my friends, but it’s a very complicated process if it’s possible at all. More than that though, I wanted an app for it!
Some websites provide an Android application which makes it simple to directly access them from your phone. In this case, they don’t have an app.
I wanted to build an Android application for TribalWars. After reading some Android tutorials, I chose I would be better off leaving this task to someone who could at least know the tutorials, let alone the gibberish they were talking about.
So, I went to sites like Fiverr, hoping to find someone to write me the app. I only found one person and he didn’t answer my first messages, so after some moaning I gave up. I was even thinking of hiring someone to do this for me, because I wanted lots of applications, for all the sites I like – and of course for my own sites!.
Hiring someone means that you have to place up an ad, to review the applicants and so on. A lot of work for 1 very simple thing. I wanted the app… but not terribly enough to spend hundreds of dollars and days of effort on it!
At one point, I was complaining to Sergiu about this irritating problem. He said "Why not make a program to do this automatically? For instance, you just tell the software what site you want the application to link to, and the software does this for you?".
I was very skeptical, at first. All the Android tutorials I had read so far had inevitably finished with "You have to compile the application" – which I couldn’t do. I’ve tried it. Seriously – it is not something I can even start to know.
So, Sergiu made the software so awesome that it would even do the compiling for me. As a result, I was able to make an application myself. Victory!!!
Imagine my shock when I realized I could make unlimited applications, completely automatically. And when you hear the expression “Idiot proof” in the future, just imagine me looking at code. I don’t do code – code doesn’t do me!
But, that’s not all. The applications were made in 30 seconds! With no programming knowledge on my part whatsoever. And when I say no programming knowledge, I kid you not lol.
After seeing this work, my enthusiasm was up. I wanted my own logo for the applications, and I wanted to be able to customize the name of the applications. I questioned Sergiu to do that (because we’re friends), and he improved the software so it could to do this.
I was excited, so I wanted to share it with everybody. So, I gave all my friends the applications I made for my favorite sites. Starting with the original TribalWars app, which made me lots of friends on the forums there – as only a freebie can.
At one point, one of my offline friends (crazy Kev) wanted an application for his website. I made an app for him using Sergiu’s software, and gave it to him. He was so impressed, he spent the entire evening buying me beer, and everyone he was shown the app to everyone we met! He really thinks he is well-known now…because he has an app
At that point, I realized that a simple application can be turned into money – or beer! Which depending on the circumstances can be better than money!
I questioned Sergiu to give me a link, so I could easily make unlimited applications, instantly. He made an account for me, which does just that. Why an account and not just a link? Because of the way the software works. It took me about 1 minute to make the account, but I got the first developer account.
I learned that sharing an Android application is very simple: you just give your friend the apk file, and they install it onto their phone. I was able to see all the apps I’d made, which made life much simpler.
Now, every excellent thing comes with a price. The price paid for all of the above is that we have to use a better server, which is more expensive. I know, I know, a single tear of sympathy rolls slowly down your cheeck
A lot of people wanted to see how it was done. So, we chose to let people make applications for themselves – for free.
What’s the difference between an application made for free, and one made with the developer account?
The free application has a frame in the upper side, with an ad to this WSO.
We wanted to offer something for as many tastes as possible. So, we have made 4 kind of accounts, depending of what you need. Please note that because of the way the software works, you need to make an account. This only takes about one minute, though.
Some people prefer to pay more, but to have unbranded applications. The applications made with the Developer accounts are completely unbranded.
The ones made with the Addict account go directly to the website, but if the user presses "Back" on the phone, they show a button saying "Made by K.I.R.A.". That links to this WSO. By the way, K.I.R.A. is the name of the software Sergiu made. The applications made by a developer account show "Made by Your Name", and links to your site.
Usually, if you make a demo account, there are no money back guarantees. But, for Warriors, we’ll offer a 60 days unconditional, full money back guarantee. Just please send me a PM or open a ticket on LunLunHelp.com
Here are some thoughts of what you can do with the Android application you make:
- brag to your spouse (if questioned, just say you paid a lot to have it made)
- offer to make someone an app, charge a small fortune and then just use the software
- submit your application to Google Market
- make an application for your website, or for your blog. Or for your preferred website that doesn’t have an application yet.
- protect your affiliate links (see the AWeber app, from the Gallery)
1. K.I.R.A. Developer
You can make:
- unlimited apks
- full branding
- custom icon
Cost $67 One Time + $9 Per Month
2. K.I.R.A. Addict
You can make:
- unlimited apks
- custom icon
- the application goes directly to your site when it starts, but the button of the application says "Made by K.I.R.A." and points to this WSO. I’m talking about the button you see when you press the "Back" key on your mobile phone to exit the app.
Cost : $17 one time + $5 a month
3. K.I.R.A. Gift
You can make:
- Only 1 application
- custom icon
- the application goes directly to your site when it starts, and so does the "Back" button.
Cost : $5 one time
4. K.I.R.A. FREE!
You can make:
- 1 application
- custom icon
- the application shows your website, but has a "Buy K.I.R.A." frame on top of it. We may place ads on the nag screen.
Thank you for taking the time to read our WSO
