    I do the lying …
    I do the lying straight in bed thing for 20-30 min (especially after working out). You can really feel your muscles becoming relaxed and you also feel like your nerves just silent down especially if you do it in a dark room by turning off the lights.

    Yeah, this stuff is part of the elusive obvious. When I relax, I like to let go of things that way there is not tension that keeps me from relaxing. Other people is what I really get a kick out of watching. I had a roomate who “relaxed” while watching T.V. Now does that make any sense? Hm….
