I tense all my muscles as hard as I can, I reckon of every cruel person I’ve ever known who has done something terrible to me, and I run across the room punching the walls until my teeth chip and my hands bleed and I’m close to having a heart attack.
I do this about 10 to 15 times a day, sometimes after I’m in bed too.
